During our stay we stayed in one of the Sea view rooms. The decoration in these chambers is amazing and the area was well maintained that as we entered, we were washed over by the relaxing ambiance. The bathroom was well equipped with a power shower on one side and a tub. This included delicious-smelling bath amenities and soft fluffy towels.

On our trip we were lucky enough to be treated into the 3 course menu and it’s something we advise that you attempt during your stay.
The starters were flavorful which meant expectation for the mains was even greater (and they did not disappoint.)
I went for the Chicken Liver Parfait with Toasted Brioche and Fig Puree, Hazelnuts, Golden Raisins. As far as starters go this might be just one of my favourites ever. The Parfait sat well next to the brioche and spread through the bread. The Parfait was not too over powering and the feel was just right.
So that she decided to go for the Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Basil Pesto and Olive Oil Croutons my partner is a big fan of soups. The soup smelt divine and the mixture of flavours and spices left your tastebuds with a tingling touch. Bursting with flavour it was gone within seconds.
For mains I had the Pan Roasted Fillet beef with peppercorn sauce, Grilled Tomato, Field Mushroom and Chunky processors. The steak came out rare nice and perfectly cooked with small fat and succulent. The steak whilst tomato and the mushroom sat well on both sides and of course cooked chips did not go a miss was complimented by the peppercorn sauce.
My partner decided to go in a Red Wine and Shallot Jus for the Braise Feather Blade of West Country Beef with Yorkshire pudding, Carrots, Roast Potatoes and Green beans. The beef was tender of flavours, offset by the wine and Shallot Jus. The Yorkshire carrot, pudding and roast potatoes complimented and were nicely cooked .
My partner and I both have luckily the choice has been remarkable and a sweet-tooth so couldn’t wait for dinner. I went to the easy yet tasty ice cream which came out really well presented and has been smooth upon the palette. It was the ideal finisher to a massive meal.
My partner opted for the Chocolate brownie. Being a fan of chocolate this went down well! As the brownie broke easily — yummy the chocolate oozed slowly from the middle.
