There is so much to see in Doha, Qatar, here are some of our art and Civilization highlights…
1The Fire Station Gallery, Doha
A flourishing art scene may not be. So I had been curious to understand that work and writers and artists have come together in a converted fire station in Doha to meet collectively.
2The Museum of Islamic Art, Doha
My second stop was at the The Museum. The building and its surroundings are as important as what’s inside. The architect responsible for the design of the construction is I. M. Pei who’s 91 years old. It has several other vital facets that are applicable in layout, arches and water characteristics.
The grand entry to the museum with its striking fountain.
There is also a great view of the Doha skyline through the arches. It is probably among the most photographed places in Doha!

It is the first time I seen a museum of Islamic art. I discovered that the artefacts intriguing and amazing. It’s tough to explain how big this collection is since it spreads over 1400 decades. And has objects from Ottoman, Mongolian and Persian empires. You will need to invest here to view everything. It is truly an experience. Go see for yourself.
