With breathtaking views, beautiful beaches and open living dining beneath the trees, Keyonna Beach feels like a secret, special place miles away in the hustle and bustle of everyday life…
When we stayed at Keyonna Beach, we had been in among the rooms, which was outfitted with pastoral furniture such as a gorgeous king size bed and authentic ‘his and hers’ outdoor showers. Our private veranda was the perfect spot to relax beneath the warm caribbean lightlight with cocktail and a book in hand on sun loungers. There is not any television or radio in the room, something which further increases the tranquillity of this room and also with all inclusive drinks always available, you’re free to recline, relax and be spoilt from the moment you first step into the hotel to the minute you leave.
The staff are a to the hotel since they’re helpful, welcoming and attentive Clint and Sandy. They ensure you feel welcome as soon as you arrive and really make a difference to your stay.
You can while away the hours at Keyonna with a waiter service available to ensure your cocktail is not too far away. The views are amazing, the sand white as the water crystal clear and can be. It is scenic and a sight that you need to see to enjoy its beauty.
Dinner is served on the beach restaurant- a multi-tiered wooden patio which facilitates dining under a canopy of grape trees that were beachfront. The food standard is exemplary and there is in fact a mastermind of flavours and dishes to sample with a total of seven chefs sharing their culinary expertise. Every day the sommelier that explained the red, white and rosé wine on offer was a great addition to our dining room and farther portrayed the care put on for each and every guest. Live evening entertainment was a welcome accompaniment to the meal and with the sun you feel as though there is no where else on earth you would be.
Wilmer Duran, the manager, showed how much he cares about his guests’ experience as he came at breakfast one morning by each table to speak to everyone. That morning we went scuba diving and he told us nearby. We would highly recommend Indigo Divers as a organization and finished our PADI open water diver qualifications. Pats took great care of us and has been a instructor. We learnt so much from her years of expertise and knowledge and Antigua truly is a beautiful place and the fish delights beneath the clear waters.
Keyonna Beach really encapsulates all you could want in a romantic destination. Whether honeymoon wedding, anniversary or simply a romantic vacation is perfect and will create you an album of sights memories and adventures you will never forget.
