The Bradley will leave an everlasting impression and make you think twice before booking a hotel within a Bed and Breakfast apart.
The Bradley — The Hotel
Walking into The Bradley is like walking into your own residence, from the decor to the greeting of the staff, everything feels friendly and warm. There isn’t anything that the team of the Bradley won’t do for you that is something we think they ought to pride themselves in, as their customer support is second to none.
The B&B is a traditional grade II listed townhouse which is extremely well maintained and steeped in history. Being a B&B it only holds 8 rooms that have all been recently refurbished to the highest of quality, making it perfect for a quieter yet luxurious stay. The communal areas include a large sized living room that’s the perfect place to sit back and relax with a beverage from the pub — This is a bar where you pour your own drinks and write a note in order for it to be added to a invoice at the end of your stay. And also a breakfast area for your morning breakfast.
In the event that you desire a fitness center or a setting this isn’t the place for you; this really is all about the private touches.
The Bradley — The Rooms
The rooms at the Bradley have been fully refurbished with each one having its own special style. Every one includes quality baths high specifications and most of mod-cons. You’ll find lavish Penhaligon’s toiletries in the bathroom and bottled water, a generously stocked hospitality tray and fresh fruit.
For our stay opted for among the Luxury rooms that was magnificent. As you open the door we were greeted by a fantastic four poster bed which and floor to ceiling windows which flooded the room developing a homely feeling that matched the hotel ethos. The decoration is classic with a finish which went well with the period style furniture that included arm chair, a two seater couch, two desks and a beautiful fireplace. The ensuite bathroom was a real treat; big in dimension it had its own stand alone bathtub, under floor heating and an ideal sized walk in shower. The bathtub was so deep your publication could just sit in, relax and read . As for the decor they took another approach which makes this toilet modern and luxurious.
The Bradley — The Surroundings
The Bradley sits in a position in Cheltenham, if it comes to looking at things to do. Exit the hotel and take a five minute walk where you can do some much needed retail therapy in their designer 31, you will wind up in the main shopping area. If you’re into your horse racing then a trip to the famous race class (Cheltenham Races) is a must or if you are looking for a place to eat there are plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. One we would suggest a visit to, is Cheltenham’s Michelin star restaurant here you will have an additional special dining experience which is, the Lumiere.
The Bradley — The Breakfast
In a recent refurbishment The Bradley have established their own dining area before leaving, where guests may enjoy a breakfast. Breakfast is served between 7.30am — 9am Monday to Friday and 8.30am — 10am Saturday and Sunday. You can anticipate a selection of cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit and pastries as a lighter breakfast, or if you are interested in something more complete on “the full Bradley” will fill you up for your day ahead. Alternatives include scrambled Eggs or smoked salmonvegetarian alternatives are offered on request. Breakfast was spot on; we both went for “the complete Bradley” and as far as fry ups go it was ideal, we could not have asked for much better. A great addition which the Bradley provides is their “in a rush” service, should you need to depart in a hurry they’ll create your breakfast prepared for you in a bag that you take away. This will incorporate a carton of orange juice, a cereal bar and a piece of a sexy bacon baguette plus fruit. Please reserve this once you check in!
